• We use cm for plant size
• Only send single head except for multi head products
• We will send a plant similar to the photo sample
• Need time to dry the plants before shipping, to avoid rotting plants during transit, it takes 3-7 days depending on the type of plant

• import permit (yellow & green labels) is required and send to dochongbi@gmail.com

• Import costs/tax are the responsibility of the consumer

MINIMUM ORDER ($300 EXCLUDE SHIPPING COST)

• For orders under $ 300 we do not prioritize shipping, because we prioritize sustainability. So we're going to pool together a number of orders under $300 for us to eventually ship together at an unspecified time
